Skyscape Product Download Instructions

Step 1: Purchase and Download
 
When you purchase your Skyscape product on LWW.com, a download screen will appear. Even though this product is intended to be used on your PDA, you will need to download files to your computer.
 
Step 2: Install
 
Upon completion of downloading the file to your computer you will need to run the setup process.

Locate the file on your computer and "double-click" on it with your mouse.

 
Step 3: Sync your PDA
 
Once you have finished running the setup of your product to your computer, you are ready to sync (transfer) the files to your PDA.

Using the instructions provided by your PDA manufacturer to sync your PDA, put the PDA in the supplied cradle and start the sync process. This is also called Hotsync or Activesync depending on your device.

After you have completed the sync process, locate the product icon on your PDA screen

  • Palm Users: Click on the home icon and go to the Skyscape category
  • Pocket PC Users: Click on the start menu and then the Skyscape menu item
When you have chosen the Skyscape product icon, you will be presented with a Register screen. Please note and write down the Device ID displayed on the screen as you will need this ID number to register your product.
 
Step 4: Register your Product on LWW.com
 
In your Internet browser, go to LWW.com/pda/register to register your product.

Follow the instructions on the screen and fill out all the required fields including your serial number you received during the purchase process and the Device ID from the step above.

 
Step 5: Unlock your Product
 
On the registration screen on your PDA, enter the unlock code (received in the previous step) at the unlock prompt.

After you have correctly entered the code, tap on the button marked "register". Your product is now ready to be used without any limitations.
