Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes publishes articles related to improving cardiovascular health and health care. The articles will include original research, reviews, and case studies relevant to clinical decision-making and health care policy. The contents will further the mission of promoting safe, effective, efficient, equitable, timely, and patient-centered care. Through its articles and contributions, the journal will equip you with the knowledge you need to improve clinical care and population health, and allow you to engage in scholarly activities of consequence to the health of the public. The journal will be complemented by special sections such as case studies with dynamic interchanges between readers and experts, letters to the editor, case reports, and additional features, providing a worldwide forum for all professionals and policymakers. AHA/ASA Premium Professional Members receive online access to all 6 new AHA Circulation Portfolio of Journals through December 31, 2008. Premium Professional Members also qualify for special rates on print subscriptions. Early Career and Student/Trainee members are eligible for special rates on print subscriptions, or for a nominal fee can access all 11 AHA Scientific Journals online. General Professional Members pay the Non-Member Individual rate.
