This is a highly effective quick reference tool that may also be read as a whole for more breadth in the understanding of developmental and behavioral issues. It is extremely useful, suggesting strategies for how to communicate with families and provide answers to common problems encountered in the primary care setting. The second edition has new chapters on timely topics, revised chapters, and added information on screening for developmental and behavioral pediatrics.
