| Author's Alterations:
Check your final manuscript carefully before submission. Manuscripts are typeset directly into page proofs. Once a chapter has been set into type, changes are expensive and time-consuming. Changes in page proof must therefore be limited to correcting errors, misspellings, or updating dosages. Rewriting content at this stage is not possible.
