At the time of publication, copyright of your paper or manuscript is transferred to Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. If you wish to reproduce your paper in part or whole in another print publication, you must request permission from LWW. Requests of this nature are generally approved. You may fax or e-mail your request along with the full citation of the journal the paper appears in with volume number and page number(s) as well as what you are requesting to use the material for.
Authors do not have the right to post articles/abstracts/tables/figures online, on CD or DVD. Requests to reproduce material through these venues are handled on a case-by-case basis. The LWW permissions department will obtain specific information from you related to the request, and if it is approved, the permissions department will draw up a licensing agreement that has charges attached to it.
