The Obstetrical & Gynecological Survey CME Program will

in earning CME credit hours should read the articles and then take
the exam included in each monthly issue.
To become eligible for up to 36 category 1 credits
annually, readers will need to correctly answer 70 percent or higher
of the questions on each of the 12 multiple choice examinations
presented monthly. A CME examination will be included in each issue
and will cover the three review articles contained within that issue.
Participants must complete each examination and mail a photocopy (subscribers and non-subscribers) of, or fax (subscribers
only) the completed answer sheet for scoring by the due date specified
on the examination to the Lippincott CME Institute, Inc., 770 Township

an institution (library) or group practice subscription may participate
in the CME Program at a cost of $220 per calendar year (prepaid
with the first exam submitted) or $110 per half-year period. Payment
covers processing and certificate fees and will not be prorated
based on the number of exams submitted. Fees must be submitted with
the first exam you take each period to ensure processing of your
exam. Lippincott CME Institute, Inc. will process the certificates
that will be mailed to participants biannually.
