Ordering Online:


To place items into your shopping cart, click on the Add to Cart button. To complete your purchase, simply click on the Proceed to Checkout button while in your shopping cart and complete the easy four-step ordering process. Your order information is securely transmitted to our fulfillment office. LWW.com uses SSL security for all online transactions, which means all personal information, including credit card number, name and address, is encrypted and cannot be read as it travels over the internet. An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.


Ordering from the United States:

If your order is being shipped within the United States, you can pay for your subscription order using a credit card or you can choose to have LWW.com bill you. All non-subscription orders must be paid for in advance by credit card, check, or money order. LWW accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and Discover. Bank and check cards may also be used. LWW will accept purchase orders for subscriptions or orders. Simply fax your PO (with a copy of your tax exempt form, if applicable) to 1-301-223-2400 or mail your PO (with a copy of your tax exempt form if applicable) to:

Ordering Internationally:

If your order is being shipped outside the United States, you must pay for it in advance with a Credit Card or with a check or money order in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. LWW accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and Discover. Bank and check cards may also be used. LWW will accept purchase orders for subscriptions or orders, but we must receive payment along with the PO. We will reference PO number on the order. Simply fax your PO (with your credit card information) to 1-301-223-2400 or mail your PO (with payment) to:

We can also send a pro forma invoice based on the PO information. (A pro forma invoice is an invoice that is provided in advance to describe items that will be supplied. How do I know if my order went through?

If the confirmation page appears on the site after you place your order, then your order has been received by us. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order online with us. If you receive this, then you know that your order has gone through and it will be shipped to the address you specified. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact customer service at 1 (800) 638-3030 (1-301-223-2300 for international customers).

What if I received an error message?

If you received an error after submitting your online order, fax or mail a copy of your order summary (you should have printed it out for your records) according to the instructions below. If you did not print out a copy of your order summary, call this number to place your order by phone if in the U.S. 1 (800) 638-3030. If outside the U.S., call 1 (301) 223-2300.

Each product page includes availability status of products in one of these three categories:

  • In-stock: Available for shipping in 24 hours from time order is placed.
  • Out-of-stock: Available for sale but currently being reprinted. Billing will occur when item is shipped.
  • Pre-publication: Item has not yet published but can be reserved. See "Date" under the "ISBN" for approximate availability date. Billing will occur when item is shipped.
