2008 subscription rates are effective as of September 2, 2008. Prices, pricing policies, and availability are subject to change without notice. Orders subject to acceptance by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.

Institutional rates apply to libraries, hospitals, corporations, and partnerships of three (3) or more individuals.

All journal subscriptions are for a twelve (12) month period. Unless requested by the subscriber, subscriptions will start with the currently available issue. Some journals require a January or July start.

Multiple year subscriptions are available for up to three (3) years on all Lippincott Williams & Wilkins periodicals.

Partial volume orders and single copy orders are charged at the single copy price. Single issue purchases are non-returnable.

State sales taxes are added where applicable.

A handling charge must be added to the rate of most Lippincott Williams & Wilkins publications. See the "Plus Handling Column" on the rate sheet.
