Author Reprints

Authors of papers publishing in LWW journals may purchase reprints of their articles at prices reserved exclusively for authors. If you are an LWW journal author, you may use this convenient form to submit your order. Please read this form over carefully and fill-out all applicable sections.

In addition to using this form to order reprints, it is to be used to figure out any additional publication fees that your article has incurred. Publication fees include, color separation charges and/or page charges.

Fill-out the author/title section on the next screen completely.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Reprints and invoice are shipped separately approximately 4 weeks after publication.
Book reprints, 2-color journal articles, and online articles are printed in black & white.
Orders for articles containing 4-color MUST be received before journal goes to press.
Payment must be received before reprints can be shipped. Purchase orders are accepted for orders billed to a U.S. address. A pro-forma invoice will be issued for orders received without payment.
Prepayment is required for all author reprint orders. Once your article has been published, you will receive a proforma reprint order. Until payment is received, your reprints will not be shipped. To expedite your order, please call 1-866-903-6951 and provide your credit card details to the Author Reprint Customer Service department.
