Searching for an newsletter or journal article to cite in your book? Find it at LWW's Resource Center for Librarians, which contains over 150 full-text online journals as well as access to numerous online newsletters!


arrow2 Reprints & Errata
Reprints of currently published texts occur approximately 1.5 to 2 years after the initial publication date. To ensure that the reprint of your book has been updated with any necessary corrections, review your book upon publication and report any discrepancies to your acquisitions editor. If an error is cited that is crucial to the readership of the text, an erratum will be issued and those who purchased the book will be notified. To find out if any errors have been reported on your book, Contact your acquisitions editor.


arrow2 Royalties
Royalty statements are generated and sent two times a year, primarily in April and October. If your book has already published you will receive your first statement within 6 months. If the royalty amount is less than $30 in any given period, the amount will be carried over to the next statement. It is important that both editorial and royalty accounting have your social security number. Contact royalty accounting to provide information or to inquire about your statement(s).


arrow2 Author Copies
Primary authors and editors are entitled to receive copies of their books at a special discount, generally 25% off the list price. Check your contract to verify your author/editor discount if you are not sure. Contributors are typically allotted one gratis copy of the book, but this could vary with individual contracts. To order author copies, call 1-800-638-3030.
