Please refer to the journal rate sheet to determine the titles with an "Overseas Shipping" charge. Where applicable, this charge IS NOT OPTIONAL and must be added to all subscription rates for countries outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Canadian subscribers must add GST or HST as applicable.
