The following options and terms will help you in choosing your LWW subscription.
Single Issues:   You can order single issues of most journals. Pricing and ordering information are available here.
Institutional Rates:   These rates apply to libraries, hospitals, corporations, and partnerships of three (3) or more individuals.
International Rates:   International rates apply when the final destination of the subscription lies in Canada, Mexico, and all other countries outside the U.S.
Handling Charge:   A handling charge must be added to the rate of most LWW periodical publications. See the "Plus Handling" column on the journal rate sheet.
Air Freight Charge:   Most Lippincott Williams & Wilkins periodicals are shipped via air freight service to destinations outside U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Please refer to the journal rate sheet to determine the titles with an "Overseas Shipping" charge. Where applicable, this charge IS NOT OPTIONAL and must be added to all subscription rates for countries outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Canadian subscribers must add GST or HST as applicable.
